La Grand'Mare, a nature reserve to discover in Sainte-Opportune-la-Mare.
The Grand'Mare is a vast 147-hectare hunting and wildlife reserve, including 40 hectares of water, and is home to numerous birds that can be admired from the observation tower. Teal, shovelers, coots, wild geese, marsh harriers, great crested grebes, great cormorants, grey herons... The entrance is free and picnic tables are available at the foot of the observatory. For a contemplative stop at the Marais Vernier, on the Route des Chaumières !
