The Auberge du Petit Val reopened its doors in autumn 2021 after a year’s refurbishment, to the delight of regulars and visiting gourmets alike. Welcome to François Boudier, a passionate and talented restaurateur. On the menu, great classics tastefully revisited: sweetbreads with morel mushrooms, fish of the moment with saffron, whole Breton lobster, French-style rack of lamb... A real treat for the eyes, thanks to the well-presented plates, and for the taste buds, thanks to the unique and original flavours!
