LA BONNE AUBERGE
Cottage with a typical roof enjoying a very pleasant view and an Olympian calm.
The ideal accommodation for a timeless break! This thatched cottage, with its typical roof - we’re on the Route des Chaumières - and half-timbering, overlooking the Seine, offers a very pleasant view and an Olympian calm. It’s not for nothing that artists have stayed here: the painter Charles Lhuillier lived here and his colleague William Turner created 3 works here; on the literary side, Victor Hugo and Guy de Maupassant stayed here. And with good reason: depending on the room you choose, you’ll be able to watch the Seine slowly flow by from your bed!
