The Villa des Holly is a small gem of architecture. It is a large half-timbered house surrounded by a beautiful park bordered by a river. Here the owners have only two watchwords: quality and charm. On top of the restaurant, specialities such as the quail in salt crust or the Calvados soufflé prove that the talent is there, and the most demanding ones will be delighted with the delicacy and maitrise of the dishes. Fish and local products (salmon in Normandy, i. e., half-smoked apples) are also in honour, in menus frequently renewed. The hotel's rooms are absolutely charming, and breathe tranquility. As for the reception, it is equal to the proposed benefits.
