Museum showcasing the various techniques used, with a host of decorative glass objects created by artists
The Musée du Verre de Blangy-sur-Bresle, inaugurated in 1993, offers a fascinating journey through the history of glassmaking. With a 400 m² permanent exhibition, it presents the different glassmaking techniques, from the most ancient to the most modern. The museum also houses an impressive collection of luxury perfume bottles. Daily glass-blowing demonstrations by craftsmen allow you to appreciate the age-old skills of glassmakers. Between tradition and modernity, the museum offers temporary exhibitions of contemporary glass art, including a permanent exhibition at the Manoir de Fontaine since 2022.
