If we had to recommend a place to enjoy a succulent paella, it would be La Sangria. The Cerdan family has run this Spanish establishment since 1968. The paella is garnished with quality rather than quantity, the aioli recipe has been perfected, and the rather neutral decor has been given a makeover. Sombreros, palm trees, and flamenco players now rub shoulders. In this colourful setting, the owners offer a warm welcome and serve hearty cuisine accompanied by sangria. An address not to be missed in the heights of Rouen.
