Chef Christophe Hardier, native of Neufchâtel, is lovers of his furnaces and his country of native Bray. He puts his passion at the service of a semi-gastronomic kitchen in the refined presentation that makes the beauty of the local products that he has the gift of glorify. In addition, the chef renews the card regularly to keep his plates in tune with the seasons. Nevertheless, there are still popular classics of customers like pan-fried foie gras, or soft chocolate moelleux.
