Auberge Bucheoise is the restaurant of Buchy, and lunch or dinner is always a moment of happiness. Chef Christophe Hardier, native of Neufchâtel, is lovers of his furnaces and his country of native Bray. He puts his passion at the service of a semi-gastronomic kitchen in the refined presentation that makes the beauty of the local products that he has the gift of glorify. In addition, the chef renews the card regularly to keep his plates in tune with the seasons. Nevertheless, there are still popular classics of customers like pan-fried foie gras, or soft chocolate moelleux.

Excellente table
Un endroit où on peut se garer facilement pour passer un moment de détente et de convivialité.
Entre amis ou en famille, j'ai toujours plaisir à y manger, la carte originale est régulièrement renouvelée dans un savoureux mélange de tradition et de modernité.

Nous avons découvert cet endroit par le biais des amis qui nous ont offert un chèque cadeau. Nous avons été super satisfait par la qualité de repas, la présentation des plats, le service . Nous ne regrettons pas notre soirée qui était dans un cadre cocon. en bref, ce restaurant est au top du top, et peu ce rivaliser aux grands restaurent étoilés. merci également pour la personne qui a réaliser le service car celle-ci est très professionnelle. Encore un grand merci à nos amis pour nous avoir offert ce cadeau et nous avoir fait découvert ce bel établissement. Nous reviendrons .

We had the culinary experience various dishes and the auberge de Buchy. We arrived in 15 of which of the 4 adolescents for whom "the Owner" had spontaneously the kindness to offer and create a menu for them (except card) custom-made according to their taste and practice while staying in the culinary discovery... Bravo not only all have but they really appreciated.
As for the adults each of us has function of the card in its taste... Of course we tried the dish of the other... the treats! A discovery of local flavours with the alarm clock for the tastebuds subtle in spices... Bravo fine cuisine combining tradition simplicity know-how and tact as often we like to discover in restaurants our regions. Note also a wine list also eliminando with ingenuity the pallets of the wine regions with fine wines while staying in a price range perfectly decent and affordable.

Buildings certainly a little small but have the advantage of being coconning and family size. Edyth
What a treat, once again this weekend we went to Auberge Buchosie ever disappointed! the reception of the owner is always happy, always friendly and warm. The room that it is foot, or the top denièrement renovated are very good taste and warm. the chef's cuisine, always innovative, it charm our tastebuds and Christopher HARDIER deserves its reputation. what I discovered on this site on an opinion two people is not the image of this establishment which does nothing but years by years climb the levels of professionalism and consolidates its reputation
