Brasserie du Chant de Loup in Canteleu with a store, offering a guided tour accompanied by a tasting of organic beers
By offering every beer possible and imaginable, Patrick Expert has fallen into the tank, and for more than twenty years he has been brewing his own drinks in Canteleu, the city where "the chante le loup". Moreover, the people of Rouen, and more generally all beer lovers in the region, remember its former landmark: the Boîte à bières (rue Ganterie). Today, a guided tour of the brasserie reveals the secrets of its productions: water, malt, yeast, hops and magic works to create Werewolf, Viking Wolf or Lupus de Noel. After the tasting, the shop opens its doors to you: sale of homemade beers of course, but also jams... with beer!
