Restaurant in a typically Norman setting offering plates with farm products in Cany-Barville.
All the senses are at play in this beautiful hostel on the banks of the Durdent. The plates give pride of place to farm produce and local market gardeners. The dishes are tasty and generous: terrine of semi-cooked foie gras, calf sweetbreads flambéed with cognac, sole meunière... The setting, typically Norman, is very pleasant with its large fireplace and authentic atmosphere. The welcome also deserves a special mention to the owners of the place. Their long experience mixed with their love of the profession allows them to show a frank success.
