CHAPEL OF ST. GILLES
Go there and contact
The little chapel Saint Gilles, known as the Wolf, is well visible from the road leading from Cany to Veulettes. It was a very important place of pilgrimage to Saint Gilles on September 1 st (day of death of the saint at the end of the century life). Its existence has been mentioned since the th century and has been rebuilt with sandstone in the th century. In the past, children were brought to bear to preserve them from fear. Between superstition and beauty of the site, this chapel is a nice stop to discover the heritage of the region.
