To discover the stages of the manufacturing of life and cider, let us guide you by Adrien and Susan Tailleux who, in real passion, know how to highlight their work and magnify the apple. Rich in some 1,500 apple trees, their domain, beautiful villa from the beginning of the last century, is the kingdom of this typically Norman fruit. The farm, but also the cellars and the garden, are visited, accompanied by a tasting of the orchard products. How, after all this, do not crack and fill its carpet of cider out of age, aging in oak barrel, Norman aperitif, farmer cider or cider vinegar? Nous sommes désolés que vous n'avez pas apprécié que nous ne vendons pas de pommes ...nous avons essayé de vous expliquer que les pommes hors les super marchés ne sont pas disponibles à cet époque.

Nous venons chaque année y acheter leur excellent cidre artisanal. La maîtresse des lieux réserve à tout le monde un accueil chaleureux, et partage son amour du terroir et de la région normande avec conviction et générosité. Mention spéciale pour l'apéritif à la noix qui est un pur délice !
