AUBERGE DU VAL AU CESNE
An ideal hostel for gourmets, offering refined and authentic cuisine in a rustic setting.
The hostel owes its name to a local tradition: the villagers came to this valley to break Lent, hence the name Val au Val, which means in Latin "val du meal". This-year old inn, intimate and friendly, where it enjoys fine and authentic cuisine in a rustic setting, is one of the best tables in the country of Caux. Jérôme Carel, the chef, loves local products, usability, in a word, Normandy: therefore, his kitchen is intended to be generous and unique, family and delicate at the same time. The pot-au-feu is a "king of Yvetot", the sole is accompanied by a delicate lobster Foam, and the desserts delight the taste buds. An excellent address for all gourmets.
