In this traditional district of Dieppe, the Pollet bistro offers classic and tasty cuisine. The plates suggest that you are far from a simple "bistro kitchen" and that the chef has more than one trick in his bag! The restaurant is renowned for its generous cuisine, but also for the wide variety of fish and seafood in the restaurant: tartare of haddock, sole with citron butter, Saint-Jacques with lentils… The chef, Xavier Héricher, chooses only the best and extra costs for his kitchen: it is the tide of the day that decides! Il est impératif de réserver ce restaurant, car pas beaucoup d'élus à chaque service . Cuisine raffinée et de très bonne qualité et un service à la hauteur des plats servis. Je vous recommande cette adresse.
