This is the region's star restaurant, awarded a Michelin star. Here, everything is based on the offerings of the sea and what the chef finds on the market that very morning, and the catch is always good: fish takes pride of place. The menu is rich in flavors and keeps its promises: raw sautéed langoustine tails, sea bass aiguillettes and celery mousseline, boneless squab lacquered with honey... Très bon moment dans ce restaurant où l'accueil chaleureux s'allie à une cuisine goûteuse et raffinée. Et la situation exceptionnelle est un réel plus !
