On the heights of Dieppe, facing the sea, next to the Bonsecours Chapel, Les Sails d’Or. A table that continues its work started a few years ago. The owners, Tristan and Corinne, who know how to receive and offer us a desire to return. Their formula for lunch, wine and coffee is a boon. But this is not a reason to abandon the menu that is full of nuggets of the earth and the sea such as the squid soup, langoustines tails, and homardine or boneless squab, roast au, honey and old wine vinegar. The salmon tartare, wing and skate and the bar duo and plaice with chanterelles are also two beautiful creations that are enjoyed before the arrival of fresh fruit sabayon with peppermint.
