Restaurant offering fresh, homemade cuisine at a fair price.
Le Bistrot des Barrières is more than just a bistro. It’s a restaurant in its own right, with its talented chef, François Hue, who has moreover passed through some great houses before settling here. Among them, the Château de Divonne in Ain, Apicius in Paris and Bernard Loiseau’s La Côte d’Or in Saulieu. Trained as a pastry chef, he turned to cooking, and today we applaud his slate preparations. In this restaurant, the flavours are fair and balanced, as are the prices. The sea products are well chosen, fresh and everything is homemade and in season, products that you will find for example in the "Assiette de poissons de nos côtes" (fish dish of our coast). Enjoy scallops, sea urchins, stonefish and red mullet! The team has the added advantage of being welcoming and friendly.
