GROUPEMENT D'ASTRONOMIE POPULAIRE SOTTEVILLAIS

Located a few kilometres south of Rouen, the Maison Pour Tous de Sotteville-lès-Rouen houses an association that offers every Friday evening, from 9:15 p.m., public evenings accessible to all and free of charge. The opportunity to take its first steps in astronomy through classical observations (lunar craters and main planets in particular), but also by discussing with the animators always ready to answer questions about celestial objects or more general astronomy. Note that during the new Moon, members of the association can go to another site (further away from light pollution) to make observations and views of celestial objects of the deep sky… In these circumstances, it is preferable to contact the GAP before going to the Maison Pour Tous.
