Duclair and duck, it’s a love story that we don’t tell anymore. Would you prefer it to acacia honey, served in petals, or the farmer cider? Unless the duck to the press is your favorite… The products are tastefully prepared and the flavors are honoured. The card is always likely to change at market level, offering new surprises: 7:00 a.m. in cocotte, white butter roast bar, Norman beef fillet, cognac beef… All in a perfect setting, which has managed to combine the beauty of the landscape - the Seine offers all eyes in the panoramic room - and the beauty of the plates.
