Built in 1892, the magnificent cirque-théâtre d'Elbeuf is one of the last eight hard circuses in France, and the only one with an Italian-style ring and stage. A venue for performances, training, creation, artistic discoveries and encounters, this vast complex is now home to the regional circus arts center. Its programming, which has succeeded in dusting off the circus arts, focuses on innovation and multidisciplinarity, and is aimed at all audiences, children and adults alike. A catering area is also available.

Un bel endroit avec une programmation variée. Un beau cirque en dur comme il en reste peu en France. A découvrir.

Je frequente très regulierement car abonnée ànombre de spectacles. La diversité n a d egale que la qualité. Le lieu est sublime depuis la restauration. Le hall d accueil est un peu froid en deco, de meme que les couloirs, mais ce fut un parti pris pour la restauration de ce lieu emblematique de l histoire locale tant il a connu d usages differents. Je recommande vivement !
