ST. STEPHEN'S CHURCH
Church with a very low bell tower and ochre and green glazed tiles, a very rare Burgundian influence in the region.
Built in the 10th century, the church has a very low bell tower and ochre and green glazed tiles, which form a set of Burgundian influence very rare in the region. Consecrated in 1454, it was extensively rebuilt. During the Revolution, it recovered some of the furniture from the Saint-Etienne-des-Tonneliers church in Rouen: the 18th century stalls, the baptismal font and the eagle-shaped lectern. The stained glass window of the Weavers, evoking the life of Saint Roch, was offered by the guild of clothmakers in 1514. The church has been classified as a historical monument since 1930.
