Villa close to the seafront welcoming all year round for a weekend or holidays.

This very beautiful seaside villa, a stone’s throw from the seafront, will plunge you into the Belle Époque of the first baths. Built in 1840 in brick and flint as it should be, the residence was inhabited by Victor-Antoine Desfossés, a banker-collector and press patron who will also be the patron of Gustave Courbet and Van Gogh. A place steeped in history that welcomes you all year round for a weekend or a holiday. The five rooms are tastefully decorated, modern with antique furniture, and for some, a view of the sea. Très belle maison idéalement située à Étretat. Malheureusement, nous n'avons pas pu nous faire comprendre lors du check-in, car le maître de maison ne parle pas un mot d'anglais. Pour le prix, nous avons trouvé le choix du petit déjeuner assez limité. Dans la chambre, nous n'avons pas pu utiliser la bouilloire, qui était incroyablement entartrée. La ventilation des toilettes aurait également besoin d'être nettoyée. Malheureusement, il n'y a pas de sièges confortables sur la terrasse ou dans le jardin. Les employées du petit-déjeuner étaient très gentilles.

Charmante demeure décorée avec goût et idéalement située.
Chambre propre, insonorisée et avec vue imprenable sur la mer et Etretat.
Petit déjeuner simple mais avec des produits locaux de qualité.
Possibilité de se stationner dans la cour sans supplément ; atout considérable à Etretat en pleine saison où les parkings sont saturés.
