FERME LE VALAINE
There’s goat cheese, chocolates, ice, terrine kids in Calvados and… there’s also, in the exceptional frame of the Manoir de Cateuil in Étretat, farmer cider. Produced at the pedagogical farm Le Valaine, in the largest artisan tradition, since 1981, this stuffy cider is of limited production. The apples come from an orchard of three hectares planted with high-stem apple trees typical of the Caux country. Agnès and Bernard Dherbécourt will be happy to answer all your questions and make you discover, during a guided tour, their company and secrets. At the same time, you will spend an exciting day in the enchanting surroundings of the famous cliffs with a sea view. A tour of the owner punctuated by humour and good humour at the end of which you have only one desire: that of returning.
