Here's the organic cider and the vintage farmer of the Caux country par excellence and as we love it. Benoît Lemercier is one of the cidriers of the earth. It was born in 1987, instead of what was at the time, an old dairy production with a lower yard planted with old high-stem apple trees. Affiliated to the trade union of the ciders of Haute-Normandie, awarded to the Saint-Jean des Ciders, this traditional producer (certified Ecocert) prepares at the farm of soft nectars all that is most natural. Très bon accueil de M Lemercier qui prend le temps de parler de son travail et de ses produits. Les cidres, pommeaux et calvados sont délicieux.
