The domain of Merval is the ideal place for a walk in a green nature. Spread over 120 hectares, the site includes a 17th century castle, transformed into an agricultural high school, a farm, a cheese factory and a cider-distillery. During your walk, you will be able to admire the apple trees and the cattle so characteristic of the region. As for farm products, you can taste Neufchâtel cheese and enjoy a Normandy pommeau or a calvados which you will learn how to distill during your visit to the cider factory.
