A few kilometres from Gournay, Patrick Blot welcomes you in his farm to snails and will make you discover all the secrets of his breeding. At the shop you will only have an embarrassment of choice: preparation of snails to olive oil to accompany your toast to the aperitif, mini bouchées to Burgundy, verrine of snails… The bête is in honor! Do not hesitate to call, other delicious recipes being available only on order, freshness obliges. You will also find all these products on the Gournay market on Friday morning and in Rouen St. Mark's Square on Sunday morning.
