Christophe Mauduit offers a beautiful journey through time and space, in this beautiful half-timbered house where past and present stare into each other's eyes, the beautiful plates of the terroir and the romantic ruins of Jumièges Abbey. The chef imagines a personal and elegant Normandy in menus starting at €48: M. Blot's snails, garden squash and nasturtium, sea bass and Graham's sage emulsion, M. Limare's lamb and nettles, Normandy-bred beef and hay-infused jus, M. Crevel's dessert of apples, rosemary and trumpets. Good service.

Les plats bien présentés manquent hélas de saveur
Je m'attendais à nettement mieux pour ce menu à 45 € et le rapport qualité/prix est très nettement en deçà de restaurants situés au centre de Rouen (que je ne nommerai pas comme La G. et le 6éme S.)
