Among the dishes on the menu, you will find pan-fried red mullet with pine nuts or pan-fried scallops deglazed with cider vinegar and chorizo. As for desserts, it would be a shame to miss the Normandy fresh cream tarte Tatin, to be enjoyed with your eyes closed. Here, lovers of good food will rejoice.
