Taken over in 2020 by Franck Archimbaud, the Saint-Pierre is one of Normandy's finest gastronomic landmarks, and its sumptuous setting on the banks of the Seine makes it even more delicious. The immense bay window offers a breathtaking view of the river, like an appetizer before discovering the chef's creations: foie gras normand aux mirabelles en gelée, truite normande en gravlax, or agneau confit de sept heures avec son jus réduit et sa mousseline de pommes au beurre salé. The wine list is majestic, as are the desserts.
