Friendly restaurant with a pleasant terrace and quality cuisine.
In their bucolic inn arranged next to the family chevrery, Yann Eber and his wife Cynthia favor local products, from a reasoned agriculture and perfectly stored in the right place to maintain all their character. The tables covered with long white tablecloths of the lovely dining room are pleasantly distant from each other, and, in summer, the terrace where the fountain rustles that is sometimes used as feeding trough of a wave passerines, is delicious. Yann baked his bread, the herbs and flowers that decorate the dishes are from his garden and all products are selected with a great rigour. The wine list - preserved at the right temperature in the wine cabinets that adorn a wall of the inn - is a model of its kind and, excellent initiative, a fine selection of wines by the glass allows lovers to enter into or reacquainted, with some glories of French vineyard. The cuisine is right and refined: the daily menu proposed a crispy goat and salad with figs and tomatoes from the region with pesto sauce, very rightly grilled hake filet was accompanied by red lentils, followed by a Belle Hélène pear. A nice and beautiful address, which is reached from Griesheim, just follow the panels!
