Inn offering a very nice menu with a warm atmosphere, concocted by Nathalie and Pierre Chrétien.
Nathalie and Pierre Chrétien have been officiating in their starred restaurant since 1981. After whetting your appetite with a sublime watercress mousse and a trout tartare with whipped mustard cream of great finesse, the master chef of France offers you a turbot cooked at low temperature and flavoured with lemongrass, a roast squab with its carcass juice and cocoa bean chips or a sweetbread heart with ceps and yellow wine. Finish with calvados puffed pancakes... Very nice table with a warm atmosphere.
