LADY FITNESS
A new fitness room, exclusively reserved for women. Members will find here a circuit of 16 workstations, varying every fifteen days around five rotating themes: weight loss (very cardio), flat belly, solid buttocks, body and legs curved. Every minute, the person who arrives can start his or her course when the existing members change machine. A practical concept that avoids scheduling constraints. Three professional state-run professionals scrupulously follow the exercises of each. A morphological balance sheet is performed upon registration, and every ten weeks thereafter to see the evolution and work that remains to be provided.
