Sandra and Alexandre Hennetier face a challenge every day, that of always doing as well, if not better than the day before, and they succeed! Local flavours have the honours, and are revisited according to the inspiration of the chef. Among several beautiful surprises: ravioles of shrimps with tarragon; the lobster navarino; the rabbit’s back, marinated and seared; the sweetbreads of veal in cream and fresh pasta… A great deal of passion, a lot of passion: the promise of new delights.
