A restaurant the way we like it, where the words "local cuisine" are not just empty words, but a real motto, even a vocation, and where the dishes are "homemade". Beef casserole, for example, is one of the flagship dishes of the establishment. As for the other specialities, they remind us that simplicity is not a defect, on the contrary, and that talent can come from a perfectly prepared entrecote steak from our regions à la plancha, a grilled salmon with thyme and herbs, or from mastering the fish terrine.
