Restaurant offering local cuisine and homemade dishes in Le Havre.

A restaurant the way we like it, where the words "local cuisine" are not just empty words, but a real motto, even a vocation, and where the dishes are "homemade". Beef casserole, for example, is one of the flagship dishes of the establishment. As for the other specialities, they remind us that simplicity is not a defect, on the contrary, and that talent can come from a perfectly prepared entrecote steak from our regions à la plancha, a grilled salmon with thyme and herbs, or from mastering the fish terrine. The welcome is always pleasant and the service delicate.

After consulting the slate menu table that corresponded well to our taste, we had the curiosity to test it. Restaurant and staff class. We have not been disappointed by the presentation and refinement of flavors of dishes. Menu 1 entry and 1 flat € 16 - with dessert 20 €. Our choice: Celery remoulade, haddock foam, egg mimosa Julienne of crushed fish, virgin sauce Bread of Pascalou
