Change of ownership for this establishment which has never left our guide since its first opening. New menu, new flavours. No more oriental dishes, chef Vincent redirects the menu to French cuisine. With the return of traditional dishes such as herring fillets, gratin, and other beef fillets with pepper. The menu and choices are not huge but the flavours and proportions are more than adequate. No need to do complicated, simple and good, that’s all we like. Besides, if the prices are reasonable, what more could you ask for?
