The beautiful choice of salads, slices - Savoyard, Italian, Norwegian, Normandy -, starters - country bowl, herring smoked, snails, smoked salmon… -, meat - tender, andouillette, duck schnitzel, Auge Valley... -, fish - flottante, Auge Valley marmite -, desserts - floating island, Tarte pie, egg cream… Everything with a small wine with a glass, a pitcher or a bottle, and the kindness of the team.
