Quality cuisine in a relaxed brasserie in Le Havre.
The Funicular is an institution: since 1919, this brewery has been located at the corner of the street, facing the real funicular that links the upper and lower cities of Le Havre. Taken up in 2017, if the frame has remained in its original state with its smoked mirrors and copper counter top, the quality of the kitchen has evolved. There are only daily specials: 4 starters, 4 main courses, 4 desserts prepared by the chef (the menu is published on the establishment’s Facebook page every day). Some evenings, concerts are organised and the Apéro Tour often stops at the Funicular. Relaxed, professional and warm atmosphere.
