With its deliberately limited menu, La Singerie intends to revolutionise the world of brewing. Held by three long-time friends, Marie, Ambre and Cora, the establishment enjoys a central location, next to Les Halles. Every week, the menu changes to vary the pleasures and to keep up with the arrivals and the season. Shrimp bisque, goat carrot lasagna with leek pesto, thiakry with clementine... From the starter to the dessert, everything here is homemade according to the inspiration of the chefs. And if you don’t have time to sit down, you can always order to take away in returnable glass jars!
