Edit 8-8-2023 : Compte tenu de la réponse de BDH, je pense qu'il serait bon de décrire la critique plus en détail : l'amuse-bouche au thon et l'amuse-bouche au maïs étaient foncés et tournés vers le haut, ce qui n'arrive que si la nourriture n'est pas couverte ou si elle n'est pas fraîche. De plus, j'ai mangé le veau avec le risotto aux macaronis et cela n'avait rien à voir avec le risotto et la préparation de la viande était un gâchis pour l'animal.
