Hotel en fin de vie. Odeurs d egout. Humidité dans les couloirs. Dangereux: la porte de la chambre est gondole et j ai du appeler un collègue pour qu il.pr puisse m ouvrir car j etais bloquée à l interieur. Et en plus, cela fait rire la réceptionniste. Seul le jeune homme à l l'acceuil était sympa et pro. Inadmissible pour un hotel de chaine

I had an awful experience there. The only good part was the bed. My room was dirty, with a sticky ground surface, dirty bathroom with water in the floor and no toilet seat. I hated! The room was really hot inside, so I needed to sleep with the window opened. It would be ok if I had a clean floor and seat toilet in there.
I tried to change my room but the staff said that since I had already slept in the bed, I could not change. So I canceled all my 4 nights there and left the hotel.

Une déception complète concernant l'hôtel. En premier lieu un ascenseur d'un autre âge. Se pose la question de sa conformité. Il n'inspire pas confiance. Une moquette murale à l'intérieure totalement hors d'usage, dégageant une odeur malsaine. Ensuite arrive la chambre, pas d'abattant de toilettes, des câbles électrique apparent, une propreté du plan vasque complètement inexistante, une lumière de salle de bain ne fonctionnant pas. Je préviens l'accueil de tous ces désagrément qui n'a pas de solution que de me dire de changer d'hôtel car le B&B est complet. Une qualité pas du tout à la hauteur de l'image que j'avais de B&B, je ne renouvellerai pas l'expérience dans ces hôtels, pourtant je me déplace 3 jours par semaine, donc 2 nuitées à chaque fois.

The hotel wasn’t clean, the person at the desk wasn’t available and the breakfast wasn’t good according with the price. There wasn’t options for people allergic to lactose.

Beaucoup d’humidité dans l’hotel avec des couloirs à la moquette très abîmée ! Une grosse fuite d’eau nécessitant des serpillères et des seaux dans le hall d’entrée ! De l’eau dans certaines chambres … Dommage car l’emplacement face à la gare du Havre est idéal ! Pour ma part tout était ok dans la chambre sauf cette odeur de moisi tenace
