If it’s not really new, the concept, it is. In fact, Le Cellar was the first lounge bar in Le Havre. The hours not to be missed in this one: From 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. for the aperitif lounge with tapas, mint tea, and oriental pastries and from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m. for the extra drink with a show and DJ. See absolutely once in a lifetime will rise.
