A bar? A discotheque? A pub? We don’t know too much what the Transept is, except it’s one of the few places to close at 4 p.m. and from midnight, it becomes difficult to enter. The interior doesn’t change one iota, we stay in a medieval garden and you still sip beer and cocktails in the sounds of a DJ who doesn’t always know what musical saint will stick to.
