Mazzoni is the masterful savoir-faire of two young pastry enthusiasts. The creation that's all the rage is the galet, a splendid gray pebble like those on the beach just a stone's throw away, but so tasty: pecan crunch, coffee pain de Gênes, ivory chocolate mousse, raw pecan praline.
