L'appartement témoin nous montre l'avant-gardisme de Perret dans la construction après guerre. Les immeubles Perret bien que souvent critiqué étaient à l'époque une vraie révolution par rapport à l'architecture Havraise d'avant guerre. La visite est très constructive même pour les Havrais. Depuis l'appartement, on peut également admirer le port de pêche ainsi que le marché aux poissons
