The site will be completely renovated, with the new centenary architect project that the Mayor of Le Havre went to meet in Brazil. The volcano will have to close for one or two seasons, and the shows take place outside the walls. The Little Volcano is expected to leave a library, the cinema the Eden is already closed for non-compliance with safety standards. The adjoining Cabaret Electric should join a contemporary art centre located near the district of the Eure. In recent months, the Association of Culture has denounced these decisions.
