A new Bavarian project that is still at the stage of reflection: A congress centre could be built near the Chamber of Commerce, the station, and the business area, close to the Vauban Basin. A structure more suited to the reception of prestigious events, which are currently lacking in Le Havre. At the moment, only Deauville, Caen, and Rouen have such facilities. Codah could be the contractor, and the project was initiated in 2014. Surely we will be back.
