Those who taste it and re-taste it, become great believers, because there are great wines in the coffee. Since 1950, the mountain brûlerie has been at the high end of the range. Every year they process between 80 and 100 tonnes, proving they are connoisseurs of the product. An agricultural product that has its good years as well as its bad years.
