With his reputation in downtown, Jérôme Picard opened a second bakery Place des Loaves in 2006, this time on Danton. On 130 m², he offers all kinds of breads, traditional and special, from figs, olives, chestnuts, sausage, or cumin. A possible achievement thanks in particular to the first prize of the Young Directory Contest, which allowed him to pocket €10,000. Proof, if any, of the quality of his work.
