Olivier Hautot, master chocolatier, has set up his artisanal chocolate factory in Fécamp and has since been producing high-quality chocolates with pure cocoa butter. He has also opened shops in Le Havre, Etretat, and Yvetot. You can find a variety of gourmet boxes, Fécampoises flavours, caïques, bouchées, macarons, truffles, and tablets that have contributed to his reputation. Additionally, there are many other delicacies such as Tatin, Provençal, Tigray, Normandine, Black Chocomiel, Ducatine... Currently, 12 people work in chocolate production and 4 in pastry at the laboratory in Fécamp, marking a great success. Olivier Hautot is also the founder of the Chocolate Museum in Fécamp, aiming to share his passion with others!
